Chiropractic therapy is a form of alternative medicine mostly concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. Some of the most common symptoms include neck pain, back pain, chronic pain, herniated discs, migraines & sciatica. The most common chiropractic treatment technique involves manual therapy — especially Spinal Manipulation Therapy (SMT) — and manipulations of other joints and soft tissues. Chiropractors treat hundreds of conditions related to the spine; symptoms of which are evident in most areas of the body.

MINDFULNESS
MEDITATION
Mindfulness is a practice that comes from a variety of contemplative traditions throughout history. It is a way of paying attention to our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and the environment from moment to moment with curious, kind, and non-judgmental attention. This way of allowing the body’s natural healing mechanisms to function fully, establishing better health, well-being, balance, and calmness. Mindfulness is a skill and can be learned systematically, and people of any age, profession, or background can incorporate it into their daily life.

FUNTIONAL MEDICINE
NUTRITION CONSULTING
Functional Nutrition is a science-based, patient-centered approach to achieving and maintaining excellent health. It is an integrated and personalized approach to nutrition, health, and healing. The philosophy centers around a holistic, “Food as Medicine” approach to wellness, and is based firmly on the Integrative Medicine model. Whole-food therapies, targeted supplements, and mind-body modalities form the basis of “Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy.” It is a model of health care that addresses the causes of disease and dysfunction rather than suppressing symptoms and actively supports whole-person wellness.

LIFE & EXECUTIVE COACHING
Coaching is based on mutual trust and respect, it’s conducted through one-on-one interactions, “a choreography of life one conversation at a time,” working in partnership to develop a coaching model and approach that is most advantageous to achieving the clients desired outcomes. A professionally trained coach acts as a motivator, an educator and an accountability partner to support individuals who embark on their transformative journeys, motivating you to achieve extraordinary and sustainable results.
REIKI
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine and spiritual practice developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. This energy therapy uses a technique commonly called palm healing or hands-on healing. With this technique, practitioners believe they are transferring universal energy, Reiki, in the form of qi through the palms resulting in a state of equilibrium. This energy therapy uses light or near-body touch to influence the energy field that penetrates and surrounds the body. This type of treatment is used to treat many ailments. The most common are chronic pain, headaches, migraines, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle form of bodywork that assists in releasing tension and relieving pain. This therapy focuses on a gentle unwinding of the bones of the head, neck, and spine to free up restrictive patterns and allow for detoxification and restoration of the natural rhythm of the cerebral-spinal fluid produced in the brain and flows down the spine.
Craniosacral therapy can help relieve symptoms associated with migraines, depression, headaches, neck and back pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, TMJ, scoliosis, stress, anxiety, PTSD, and more.
By complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST is used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. It is also useful for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction associated with ADD/ADHD, Autism, Cerebral palsy, Digestive dysfunction, Pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding issues, sleep challenges, Tinnitus, and Vertigo.
HEARTMATH
HeartMath has discovered that our heart rhythm patterns are the best reflection of our inner state. By adding heart, you can shift in the moment into a state of balance and renewing feelings, such as appreciation, care, love and compassion. HeartMath technology teaches you how.
