Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle form of bodywork that assists in releasing tension and relieving pain. This noninvasive therapy applies light pressure to the bones in your head, neck and spine to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It frees up restrictive patterns and allows for detoxification and restoration of the natural rhythm of your cerebral-spinal fluid that is produced in your brain and flows down your spine.
